Pramono Requests Immediate Completion of SDN Cipete Utara 01 Construction

The Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung, asked the ranks of the Jakarta Education Agency to immediately complete the construction of the SDN Cipete Utara 01 building, Kebayoran Baru.

The immediate completion of the SDN Cipete Utara 01 building construction is to support the student teaching and learning process so that it is not disrupted.

"I summoned the Head of the Education Agency and the relevant ranks related to this yesterday. I asked for it to be resolved immediately for elementary schools first," said Pramono, Thursday (7/30).

Pramono explained that construction of the SDN Cipete Utara 01 building was hampered by changes in the school's designation. Initially, SDN Cipete Utara 01 was planned to be a four-story building.

However, along the way, the development project plan changed to a mixed-use building with up to 20 floors.

The change in the building's designation has delayed the project's implementation. Therefore, Pramono requested that construction be focused on the elementary school building so that students can immediately use the facility for learning.

"The most important thing is that the elementary school will be finished soon and can be used immediately," he added.

Previously, the South Jakarta Region II Education Sub-agency is targeting completion of the SDN Cipete Utara 01 building in Kebayoran Baru in September 2026.

Sarwoko, Head of the South Jakarta Region II Education Sub-agency, stated that based on his leadership's directive, the construction of the SDN Cipete Utara 01 building is prioritized for immediate completion. Meanwhile, plans for a multi-function building have been confirmed as not proceeding.
